Spinal MRG bulguları ile bir nörofibromatozis Tip 1 olgusu

Abstract

Nörofibromatozis tip 1, en sık görülen fakomatoz tipidir. Nörofibromatozisler, multisistem organ tutulumu yapsalar da, kraniospinal tutulum baskındır. Manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG), spinal ve paraspinal lezyonların değerlendirilmesinde, yumuşak doku kontrastının yüksek oluşu ve her anatomik planda kolayca görüntü alabilmesi ile mükemmelliğini kanıtlamış bir tekniktir. Bu yazıda, nörofibromatozis tip l’li bir olgunun MRG ile spinal bulgularını sunuyoruz.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 is the most common type of the phakomatoses. Although neurofibromatoses have multisystem organ involvement, craniospinal manifestations predominate. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been proven to be an excellent technique for evaluating spinal and paraspinal lesions because of its superior soft tissue contrast and the ease of imaging in virtually any anatomic plane. We report a case of neurofibromatosis type 1 with spinal findings on MRI. -
