| dc.description | This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is devoted to introduction. In the second chapter, some important theorems in mathematics and concepts that are necessary for our study are investigated and properties with examples related to those are included. In the third chapter, definitions, theorems and examples about sequences of set are mentioned. In the fourth chapter, Kuratowski convergence is introduced. Basic properties of inner and outer limits of sequences of sets are given and monotone sequences of sets are mentioned. Moreover, the distance function is defined and it is studied with theorems and examples. The fifth chapter is dedicated to Hausdorff convergence. In the sixth chapter, Wijsman convergence and Fisher convergence are examined. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışması altı bölümden oluşmaktadır.
İlk bölüm giriş kısmına ayrılmıştır. İkinci bölümde matematik alanında önemli ve bu çalışma için gerekli olan bazı temel kavramlara, teoremlere ve bunlarla ilgili bazı özelliklere yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde küme dizilerine ait tanım, teorem ve bunlarla ilgili örnekler incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde Kuratowski yakınsaklık üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu bölümde, iç limit kümesi ve dış limit kümesi ile küme yakınsaklığının temel özellikleri verilmiş, monoton küme dizilerinden bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca uzaklık fonksiyon tanımı verilip, teorem ve örneklerle ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde Hausdorff yakınsaklık ve son bölüm olan altıncı bölümde ise Wijsman yakınsaklık ve Fisher yakınsaklık incelenmiştir. | en_US |
