Anadolu Selçuklu Medreselerinin İdareci ve Hizmetli Kadrosu

Abstract

Dönemin önemli eğitim kurumlarından biri olan medreseler, eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinin yanında sosyal aktivitelere de yer vermişlerdir. Bu yüzden Anadolu Selçuklu Medreselerinde eğitimci personelle birlikte başka görevlilerde bulunmakta idi. Eğitimci personel dışındaki bu görevlilerden en önemlisi olan mütevellî müderristen sonra en yetkili kişi idi. Hâzinü’l-Kütüb ise medrese kütüphanesinden sorumlu idi. Kütüphanedeki kitapların muhafazası ile ödünç verme işlerine bakardı. Ferraşlar ise medreselerin hizmetlileri olup, temizlik işleri ile ilgilenirlerdi. Ayrıca bekçilik görevini üstlenen bevvâb ile dinî görevleri üstlenen imam ve müezzin de diğer önemli görevlilerdi.

The medrssehs which were one of the important institutions of the period, not only gave importance to educations and training, but social activities as well. For that reason some other staffs would work together with the educators of those places. Mutawalli who is the most important staff except the educators was the most authorized person after formerly professor. Hâzinü’l-Kütüb was responsible for the library of the medresseh. His duty was to protect and the books at the library. Ferraşes were the cleaners of the medressehs. Besides bevvâb who used to work as a watchman and imam and müezzin who were responsible for the religious works were the other important duties.
