İlköğretim Okullarında İstenmeyen Öğrenci Davranışlarının Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Performansına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, İlköğretim okullarındaki istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarının sınıf öğretmenlerinin performansına etkisini tespit etmektir. Tespit edebilmek için örneklem olarak alınan okullarda “anket” çalışması uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın evreni, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı Afyonkarahisar ilindeki ilköğretim okulları ile bu okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerdir. Araştırma örneklemi olarak il merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 135 sınıf öğretmeni, Emirdağ ilçe merkezi ve merkeze bağlı kasabalardaki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 35 sınıf öğretmeni, İhsaniye ilçe merkezi ve merkeze bağlı ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 30 sınıf öğretmeni alınmıştır. Bu ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerine uygulanan, anket sonuçlarına göre değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları şu şekilde özetlenebilir: İlköğretim okullarındaki İstenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarının cinsiyet, meslekteki kıdem ve medeni duruma göre öğretmen davranışlarına etkisi olup olmadığı araştırılmış ve ortalamalar farklı olmasına rağmen verilen cevaplarda cinsiyet, meslekteki kıdem ve medeni duruma göre istatiksel anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemiştir.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the performance of teachers in the primary schools of student behaviors. In order to identify a sample of schools received "survey" has been applied. The population of this study are the teachers in this school and primary school in Afyonkarahisar attached to the Ministry of Education. This applied to the elementary school classroom teachers in the evaluation was made according to the survey results. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows: gender unwanted student behavior in primary school, according to the seniority and marital status, profession have investigated whether the effects of teacher behavior and the average gender in the answers given, although different, there was no statistically significant difference according to the seniority marital status and occupation.
