562 No’lu Şeriyye Siciline Göre Karahisâr-ı Sâhib Sancağı (Belge Özetleri ve Değerlendirme)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1821-1823 (H.1236-1238) yıllarına ait “562 No’lu Afyonkarahisar Şer‘iyye Sicil Defteri”nde bulunan belgelerin özetleri çıkartılarak, defterde yer alan belgelerin ışığında belirtilen dönemde Afyonkarahisar’ın idari, askeri, sosyal ve ekonomik yapısı incelenmiştir. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Şer„iyye sicillerinin tanımı, kapsamı ve sicillerin günümüzdeki durumuna ve sicillerle ilgili yapılan çalışmalara değinilmiştir. Ardından 562 No’lu Şer„iyye Sicil Defteri’nin tanıtımı yapılarak defterde yer alan belgelerin tasnifi yapılmış ve defterde yer alan belge türleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise özetleri çıkarılan belgelerden yararlanılarak 1821-1823 yılları arasında Afyonkarahisar’ın idari, ekonomik, sosyal ve askeri yapısı ile ilgili değerlendirilmeler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca dönemin önemli siyasi ve askeri gelişmeleri ele alınarak, elde edilen sonuçlar üzerinde durulmuştur.defterinde yer alan belgelerin özetlerine yer verilmiştir. In this study, the documents in “Number 562 Court Register of Afyonkarahisar” that belongs to the years 1821-1823 (A. H. 1236-1238) were summarized and administrative, military, social and economic structure of Afyonkarahisar for the specified years was examined. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, We were touched upon explanations about the definition and the scope of court registers were given, current status of court registers and the studies on the court registers of Afyonkarahisar were mentioned. Then, “Number 562 Court Register of Afyonkarahisar” was defined, the classification of the documents in the register were made and information about the document types in the register was given. In the second part, with the help of the documents which were summarized before, administrative, military, social and economic structure of Afyonkarahisar between the years 1821 and 1823 were evaluated and the results were commented. In the third part of this study appendix part which is at the end of the study, the summaries of the documents in Number 562 Court Register of Afyonkarahisar were given.
