Ahi Çelebi Evkaf Mahkemesi 6 Numaralı Defterinin Transkripsiyonu Vedeğerlendirmesi

Abstract

Osmanlı Tarih araştırmalarında müracaat edilen önemli kaynaklardan biri de Şeriyye Sicilleridir. Hususiyle sosyal, ekonomik alanlarda siciller bize hem detaylı hem de karşılaştırılabilir bilgiler sunmaktadır. Şer’iyye Sicilleri arasında İstanbul merkezli üç mahkemede var olan evkaf sicilleri bir anlamda erken dönem bir ihtisas mahkemesinin kayıtları olması bakımından ayrı bir önemi haizdir. Aşağıda ele alacağımız Ahi Çelebi Evkaf mahkemesinin 6 Numaralı ve 961/1553-1039/1630 yıllarını kapsayan defterinde, evkaf davaları kapsamında cihet anlaşmazlıkları, ilamlar, hüccetler, yer tespiti, tamirat meselesi, vakıf görevlerinin intikali gibi çok sayıda belge türü bulunmaktadır. Keza Defterde mahkemeye başvuran ve bir şekilde vakıflarla alakalı olan Müslim-Gayrimüslim kişilerin meslekleri, davalara konu olan mesken veya konutlar, yer isimlerive ölçü birimleri gibi hususlar dikkat çekmektedir. Tezde yukarıda bir kısmı verilen davaların transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

Şeriyye Records are also among the most significant reference guides for Ottoman History studies. Especially the records on social and economic topics offer us both detailed and comparable knowledge. The evkaf records of three İstanbul courts are of especially of great importance for being the records of an early-period specialized courts’s records. The record notebook below, which covers the dates of Ahi Çelebi Evkaf court with number 6, between the dates 961/1553-1039/1630, has numerous papers on various subjects such as border disagreements, announcements, hujjats, place identifications, repairment issues, the succession of organization duties. Besides, there are several interesting points in the record jotebook such as the jobs of the non-muslim-somehow afflicted with foundations- applicants of the court, the residents or houses that were dealt with during the cases, the name of the palces and units of measurement. Some cases as mentioned above are also transcribed in the thesis.
