Afyonkarahisar’da üretilen hazır beton kalitelerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

İnşaat sektöründe hazır beton kullanımının zorunlu olması, hazır betonların kaliteli ve nitelikli üretimini de ön plana çıkarmıştır. Ayrıca, tüm yurtta 2011 yılından itibaren yürürlüğe giren 4708 sayılı “Yapı Denetim Hakkında Kanun” a göre kurulan yapı denetim kuruluşları ve laboratuarları, şantiye denetimlerinde beton sınıf dayanımları üzerindeki hassasiyetleri de artırmıştır. Bu olumlu gelişmelere paralel olarak hazır beton firmaları nitelikli üretimi kalite güvencesi altına almak için çalışmalara başlamışlardır. Kalite güvence belgesine haiz tesisler üretim denetim sertifikası için üretimleri sürekli olarak kayıt altına almaya çalışmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada Afyonkarahisar ilinde 2009-2010 yıllarında farklı hazır beton tesisleri tarafından üretilen betonların nitelik denetiminde kalite değişiminin istatiksel olarak incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi, Yapı Laboratuarına üç farklı hazır beton üreticisi tarafından getirilen beton numunelerinin basınç dayanımları test sonuçları dikkate alınarak değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Son iki yıldaki veriler dikkate alınarak, Afyonkarahisar il merkezindeki beton kalite gelişimi ortaya konulmuş ve elde edilen sonuçlara göre betonarme yapılar açısından olumlu bir iyileşmenin olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In construction industry, compulsory usage of ready-mixed concrete has highlighted the production of high quality ready-mixed concrete. In addition, construction control companies and laboratories which incorporated according to the 4708 “Building Inspection Law” which came into force from 2011 in all of country have raised the control sensibility on the production of concrete at building field. In parallel to these positive developments, ready- mixed concrete companies have started to work to get qualified production under quality assurance. The companies, which have quality assurance certificate, try to record productions for production control certificate continuously. The aim of this study is to investigate statistically the quality control variation of concretes that were produced different three ready-mixed concrete companies in Afyonkarahisar in 2009 and 2010. For this purpose, the test results of compressive strengths of concrete specimens that were brought to Afyon Kocatepe University Construction Laboratory from three different ready-mixed concrete companies have been evaluated. Considering the last two years’ data, quality improvement of produced concrete in the center of Afyonkarahisar has been increased and according to evaluation of the obtained results, it has shown that there has been the qualified concrete in reinforced concrete structures.
