Yönetimde Yatay Organizasyon Yaklaşımı ve İşletme Yöneticilerine Sağladığı Avantajlar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, işletmeleri yatay organizasyon yaklaşımına yönelten nedenler hakkında bilgi verilerek, yatay organizasyon anlayışını uygulamada göz önünde bulundurulması gereken ilkeler ortaya konuldu. Yatay organizasyon yaklaşımının işletmelerin mali verimliliğini, iş kapasitesinin performansını ve çalışanların motivasyonunu arttırmada etkili olduğu vurgulandı. İlgili yaklaşımın işletme yöneticilerine sağlayabileceği başlıca avantajlarda sıralandı.

In this study, the information about the trends, which direct the businesses to the Horizantal Approach, has been given and the principles which should be taken in to consideration on applying of the Hoıizontal approach have been brought up. It has been stressed that the Horizantal Approach has an inflııence on the increasing of the financial productivity the performance of the work capable and the motivation of the workers of the businesses. Also the main advantages which are suppüed to the managers by the Horizantal approach have been arranged.
