Özel öğretim kurumlarındaki müzik eğitiminin değerlendirilmesi (antalya ili örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, özel öğretim kurumlarında verilmekte olan müzik derslerini okul yönetimi ve müzik öğretmenlerinin bakış açısından incelemek ve karşılaşılan sorunların çözülmesine yardımcı olmak, derslerin daha verimli geçmesini sağlamak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Antalya İli genelinde özel öğretim kurumlarında verilmekte olan müzik dersleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma kapsamına alınan okullar ile gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak görüşme yapılmıştır. Tarama modelinin esas alındığı bu betimsel çalışmada nitel araştırma teknikleri ile elde edilen veriler işlenmiş ve elde edilen verilerden bulgulara ulaşılmış, bulguların yorumlanmasından sonra önerilere yer verilmiştir. Verilere bakıldığında özel öğretim kurumlarında verilmekte olan müzik eğitiminin her özel okulda aynı olmadığı ve ders saatlerinin farlılık gösterdiği görülmüştür. Genel olarak yönetici ve öğretmenlerin görüşleri arasında bir tutarlılık tespit edilmiş, sadece bir okulda müzik odası konusunda ve ders saatleri konusunda yönetici ve öğretmenlerin aynı görüşte olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada ortaya çıkan çeşitli sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

This research was conducted to examine the music lessons given in private education institutions from the points of view of school management and music teachers and to help solving the problems encountered and to make the lessons more efficient. Within the scope of the research, music lessons given in private education institutions in Antalya Province were discussed. Interviews were conducted with the schools included in the study on a voluntary basis. In this descriptive study based on the screening model, the data obtained through qualitative research techniques were processed and attained from the data obtained, and recommendations were made after the interpretation of the findings. When the data is examined, it is seen that the music education given in the private education institutions is not the same in every private school and the hours of the lessons vary. In general, there was coherence between the views of the administrators and teachers; it was found that administrators and teachers did not agree on the music room and school hours in only one school. In this research, it has been tried to present solutions for various problems.
