28 şubat sürecinin yükseköğretimdeki yansımaları

Abstract

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin siyasi tarihi, askeri darbeler tarihidir. Darbeler Türk milletinin tarih boyunca alışkın olduğu ve neredeyse her on yılda bir gerçekleşen olaylar olarak içerisinde yaşadığımız topluma yön vermişlerdir. Bu çalışmamda “28 Şubat 1997 Askeri Darbesi ve Türk Eğitim Sistemine Etkileri” araştırılmıştır. 28 Şubat 1997 post-modern askeri darbesi çok yakın bir geçmişe sahip olmasına karşın ülkemize ve milletimize toplumsal, siyasal, ekonomik ve hukuki açılardan birçok etkisi olmuştur. Yaşanan bu askeri müdahale Türkiye’nin miladı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Askeri darbeyle, anayasa askıya alınmış, baskı ve zor kullanarak hukuk dışı yollara başvurulmuş, millet iradesi hiçe sayılmış, seçilmiş hükümetler darbe girişimleri sonucunda iktidardan uzaklaştırılmış, devlet ve toplum yapısında ve eğitim sisteminde önemli değişiklikler olmuştur. 28 Şubat 1997 Askeri darbesinden sonraki süreçte de devlet ve toplum yapısında siyasal, sosyal, ekonomik ve hukuki açılardan birçok değişiklikler meydana gelmiş, hatta bu değişiklikler eğitim sistemimize de yansımıştır.

Turkey's political history is the history of military coups. The coups have given way to the society in which the Turkish nation has become accustomed throughout history and events that take place almost every decade. In this study, Şubat February 28, 1997 Military Coup and its Effects on Turkish Education System ”were investigated. Although the post-modern military coup of 28 February 1997 has a very recent history, it has had many social, political, economic and legal effects on our country and nation. In addition this is evaluated as Turkey's military intervention in milan. With the military coup, the constitution was suspended, unlawful ways were resorted to by using pressure and force, the will of the nation was ignored, the elected governments were removed from power as a result of the coup attempts, and there were significant changes in the state and society structure and education system. After the military coup of February 28, 1997, many changes occurred in the state and society in terms of political, social, economic and legal aspects, and even these changes were reflected in our education system
