Ürün siparişi termin programının karar destek sistemleriyle planlanması

Abstract

İşletmeler faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirirken müşteri taleplerine göre siparişin teslimatı için temrin, yani teslimat tarihi vermek durumundadır. Teslimat tarihi verilirken özellikle işletmedeki tüm faaliyetler dikkate alınarak bilgi verilebilmektedir. Teslimat tarihleri için ise makine randımanları, çalışan performansı, malzeme ve diğer siparişlerin durumu gibi birçok etken bulunmaktadır. Bu karmaşık durumların içinden kısa sürede ve etkin olarak çıkıp karar vermek için karar destek sistemlerinden faydalanmak işletmenin avantajına olacaktır. Karar destek sistemleri ile karmaşık durumlardan çıkılarak en uygun sipariş tarihleri için termin programı hazırlanabilmektedir. Siparişler takibi için hazırlanan termin programı yardımıyla siparişlerin izlenebilmesi daha rahat hale gelmekte yöneticilerin işlerini de kolaylaştırmaktadır. Çalışma Malatya’da tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Bilişim Teknolojisi unsurlarından olan karar destek sistemleri ile sipariş termin programının oluşturularak geleceğe yönelik sorunsuz olarak üretim planlamasının en iyi şekilde yapılıp siparişlerin gecikmesi ve üretim kayıplarının önlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Sipariş ve kayıplar ile ilgili sorunların çözümü için ERP yazılım programında yer alan üretim karar destek sistemi modülü kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları birçok işletmeye karar destek sistemlerini kullanılarak en iyi üretim planlamasının nasıl yapılacağı konusunda yol gösterecek olup maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi içinde önem taşımaktadır. Üretim modülü ve yapılan planlama ile siparişlerde gün ve miktar olarak önceki duruma göre daha olumlu sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

While carrying out their activities, businesses have to give a deadline, that is, a delivery date, for the delivery of the order according to customer demands. While giving the delivery date, information can be given by considering all the activities in the business. For delivery dates, there are many factors such as machine efficiency, employee performance, material and the status of other orders. It will be to the advantage of the company to make use of decision support systems to get out of these complex situations in a short time and effectively. A deadline program can be prepared for optimum order dates by getting out of complex situations by means of decision support systems. With the help of the deadline program prepared for order tracking, it becomes more convenient to track orders and facilitates the work of managers. The study was carried out in a company operating in the textile sector in Malatya. In this study, it is aimed to create the order deadline program with the decision support systems, which is one of the elements of Information Technology, and to make the production planning for the future without any problems and to prevent the delay of orders and production losses. The production decision support system module in the ERP software program was used to solve the problems related to orders and losses. The results of the research will guide many enterprises on how to make the best production planning by using decision support systems and are important in reducing their costs. With the production module and the planning made, more positive results were obtained in terms of days and quantity compared to the previous situation.
