Yönetimde bilgi i̇şlem desteğinin tasarımı

Abstract

Yönetimde bilgi işlem desteğinin tasarımının özelliklerinden biri uygulamaya getirdiği analitik yöntemlerin ulaşmış olduğu gelişme düzeyidir. Yönetimde bir yandan bilimsel modellerden bir çerçeve oluşturmak, diğer taraftan uygulamada karşılaşılan sorunları çözümlemek amacıyla yönetime bilgi işlem desteğini sağlamak ve bu destekten yararlanmak gerekir. Sistemin beynini oluşturan yönetim ise sistemin öğeleri arasındaki ilişkileri görmek sistemin amaçlarına uygun olarak bu ilişkilere yön vermek, bu amaçları önemine göre sıralamak durumundadır. Yönetimde bilgisayar desteği ile en uygun kararın verilmiş olması işlemlerini çok hızlı tamamlanması önemlidir. Yönetimde bilgi işlem desteği insan gücü ve bilgisayarın birlikte kollektif çalıştığı yönetimin amaçlarına ulaşmasında yeri önemi ve beşeri özelliği olan bir sosyal sistemdir.

One of the design properties in the design of data processing in management is the development stage approved by analytical techniques brought in application. The data processing support must be available in management both for developing a frame from scientific models and for solution of problems faced with in application. Management as the brain of the system must see the relation among the parts of the system, direct these relation through the aim of the system and put these aim in the order of importance. It is important to make the most proper decision with the computer support and to complete the processes very fast. Data processing support in management is a social system in which computer and human powers work collectively to realize the aim of the system.
