Mermer sektörünün i̇şgücü sorunu ve i̇şgücünün sanayide eğitimi

Abstract

Türkiye mermer sektöründe son onbeş yılda hem yatırım hem de üretim açısından önemli derecede gelişme sağlanmıştır. Ancak bu gelişmenin pazar payında da sağlandığını söylemek mümkün değildir. Sektörün üretmiş olduğu malların pazar payının arttırılması amacıyla çalışmalar yapılmalı ve sektörde üretim ve kaliteyi etkileyen unsurlar ivedilikle çözülmelidir. Bu makale, mermer sektöründeki işgücü kaynaklarını, eğitimini ve kalifiye işgücü sorununu açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. Mermer sektöründe çalışan insanları eğitmek, üretim ve kalite gibi faydaları sağlama açısından önemlidir.

Important development have been achieved in Turkey in recent 15 years in view of both production and establishment of new areas. But this achievement could not be carried out in the marketplaces. New markets must be gained for the products of this sector by proper studies and the problems affecting the production rate and the quality must be solved.The aim of this article is to explain the qualified workforce, problems of education and workforce sources in the Marble sector. It is necessarily important to educate people who work in the Marble sector to provide advantages such as quality and production.
