Logistics Performance of Cargo Companies in Turkiye are evaluated by university students and it is aimed to determine the most important factors and agents of complaint in preference of cargo companies. Online survey was used with simple random sampling method. The sample consists of 200 associate and undergraduate university students. Frequency, multiple response and correlation analysis methods were employed. There was no statistically significant relationship was found between the logistics performance of cargo companies and cargo company preferences in Turkiye. Three most important features of company preferences were determined as delivery time, delivery of the cargo intact and complete, and price, respectively. Three most important problems with cargo companies were found to be delays, high cargo fees and non-delivery, respectively. Three cargo companies with the most satisfaction were Trendyol Express, Aras Cargo and Yurtiçi Cargo. Participants considered logistics performance as a criterion in their cargo companies preferences, and either all companies showed similar performance or they cared more about the purchasing conditions of delivered product they accept cargo company with which product is sent. Cargo companies direct their primary marketing efforts to sellers rather than consumers. Reasons why the participants choose cargo company and problems they experience are also parallel.
