bölüm halinde 105 maddeden olusmaktadır. 1924 Anayasası kamu hak ve
özgürlüklerine fazla yer ayırmaması gibi bazı eksikliklerine karsın
modernlesme bakımından önemli parametrelere sahiptir. Bunlar, yasallıga
verdigi önem, herkesi vergi veren bir insan yapma hedefi, mesruiyetin
millete dayandırılması ve TBMM’yi siyasal hayatın merkezine koyması

| dc.description.abstract | 1924 constitution is the second constitution of Turkish Republic. The
constitution is composed of six parts and 105 articles. However deficiency of
public rights and freedoms, 1924 constitution have some important
parametric in terms of modernity. These parametric are given importance to
constitutional rights, make every man to pay taxes, the legality based on the
Turks people and make Turkish Grand National Assembly to center of
