İnsan Besini Olarak, Tatlısu Kefali (Squalius cephalus)’nin Endoparazit Faunası Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Nisan 2010 ile Mayıs 2011 tarihleri arasında Taşoluk Baraj Gölü’nden temin edilen 150 Squalius cephalus (L., 1758)’un endoparazitleri üzerinde incelemeler yapılmıştır. Konak balıkta iki endoparazit türü tespit edilmiştir: 33 adet Allocreadium isoporum (enfeksiyon yaygınlığı %1.3, ortalama parazit sayısı ve standart sapma 16.5±21.9) ve 33 adet Bothriocephalus sp. (%7.3, 2.9±5.1) konak balığın bağırsak boşluğunda bulunmuştur. Böylece ilgili parazit türlerinin coğrafik yayılışlarına yeni bir lokalite eklenmiştir. Ayrıca her bir parazit türüne ait enfeksiyon yaygınlığı ile ortalama, minimum ve maksimum enfeksiyon yoğunlukları, mevsimlere, balık boy ve eşey gruplarına göre değerlendirilmiştir

In this study, the endoparasite presences on 150 Squalius cephalus (L., 1758) from Taşoluk Dam Lake, Turkey were investigated between April 2010 and May 2011. Two endoparasite species were determined in the host fishes: 33 Allocreadium isoporum (infection prevalence %1.3, mean parasite number and standart deviation 16.5±21.9) and 33 Bothriocephalus sp. (%7.3, 2.9±5.1) were found in intestine of the host fish. As a result of this, a new locality has been added to geographical distributions of the parasite species. In addition, minimum-maximum and mean intensity of parasites and infection prevalence were determined using seasonal data, size and sex distribution of the host fish.
