Yatağan Uçucu Külünün Yapısal Alanda Kullanılabilirliğin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Yatağan uçucu külünün (UK) hafif agregalı blok üretiminde kullanılabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Uçucu kül karışımlarda çimento ağırlığının %10, %20, %30’u oranlarında ikame olarak kullanılmıştır. Maksimum agrega tane boyutu 16mm olan Pomzalı, Diatomitli ve Tüflü olmak üzere toplam 12 seri üretilen hafif agregalı blokların mekanik özelliklerine uçucu külün etkisi basınç, kılcallık, ultrases deneyleri ile belirlenmiştir. 7 ve 28 günlük deney sonuçlarına göre, Yatağan Uçucu külünün etkisi tüflü numunelerde çimentonun %10 u oranında ikame edilmesi durumunda görülürken diyatomit ve pomzalı bloklarda %20 oranlarında elde edilmiştir. Ancak uçucu kül oranı %30’ a çıktığında her üç agregada bu olumlu etkinin azalma eğiliminde olduğu görülmüştür.

In this study, the usability of Yatağan fly ash (FA) in lightweight aggregated block production is investigated. Fly ash was used in the ratio of %10, %20, %30 of the weight of cement. The effect of fly ash on lightweight aggregated block which were produced a total of 12 series including Pumice, Diatomite and Tuff with maximum 16 mm aggregate size; was determined by conducting compressive strength, capillarity and ultrasound pulse velocity experiments. According to the 7 and 28days experiment results, the positive effect of Yatağan Fly Ash is obtained by tuff sample with the ratio of %10 to cement and for ditaomite and pumice blocks it was obtained at ratio %20. However this positive effect diminished for all three aggregates when the fly ash percent was up to %30.
