Endemik Limonium lilacinum (Boiss. et Bal.) Wagenitz (Plumbaginaceae)’un Çimlenme Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Afyonkarahisar ve çevresinde yayılış gösteren endemik Limonium lilacinum (Boiss. et Bal.) Wagenitz’un çimlenme özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada materyal olarak kullanılan olgun tohumlar çimlenme çalışması için kullanılmıştır. Aydınlık ortamdaki tohumlar 5. gün sonunda % 95 oranında, sürekli karanlık ortamdaki tohumlar ise 7. gün sonunda % 91 oranla çimlenmelerini tamamlamıştır. Ayrıca bu türe ait koruma stratejileri tartışılmıştır.

In this study, the germination features of endemic Limonium lilacinum (Boiss. et Bal.) Wagenitz distributed in Afyonkarahisar and its environs were examined. The aim of this study was to determine the germination behavior of species. 95 % of the seeds germinated at the end of 5th day when they incubated in the semi-lightness, however 91% of them germinated after 7 days when they incubated continuous darkness. It was also discussed protective strategies about species.
