Pleurotus Ostreatus Makrofungusu ile Derin Kültür Koşullarında Biyoprotein Üretiminin Optimizasyonu
Abstract
In this study, the effects of environmental factors on mycelium development of Pleurotus ostreatus was
investigated. Besides, optimum nutritional factors for bioprotein production by the isolate were
selected by Plackett-Burman design. Temperature of 30 °C, pH 8 and 4% inoculant size were selected
among 7 incubation temperature (15-45 °C), 9 pH values (4.0-8.0), and 9 inoculant size (1-16%) for
maximum mycelial growth of the isolate. In the case of Pleurotus ostreatus, dog food, lactose, corn
steep liquor, gibberellic acid, CaCl2 and KH2PO4 significantly influenced the bioprotein production.
