Çocukların İnce ve Kaba Motor Gelişimlerine Oyun Etkinliklerinin Etkisinin İncelenmesi

| dc.description | This research investigates effects of play activities on development of fine and gross motor skills of five-year-old children attending kindergarten. The research was carried out in two kindergartens in the city center of Çankırı affiliated to the Ministry of Education. One of the schools was created as an experimental group (40 children) and the other one was created as a control group (40 children). Quasi-experiment design with pre-test and post-test control group was used to indicate the effect of play activities in the study. Data was collected by “General Information Form” and “Brigance Inventory of Early Development II” adapted into Turkish by Aral et al. Play activities of three times a week for eight weeks was applied to experimental group in addition to their preschool educational program. The preschool educational program prepared and applied by their own kindergarten teacher was applied to control group. The Shapiro-Wilk and Mann Whitney U tests were used to analyze the data. In the result of the study, it was seen that average gain scores of children’s fine and gross motor development of experimental group (posttest-pretest) is significantly higher than average gain scores of children’s fine and gross motor development of control group (p<0.05). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmada anasınıfına devam eden beş yaşındaki çocukların ince ve kaba motor gelişimlerine oyun etkinliklerinin etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma Çankırı il merkezinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı iki anasınıfında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Okullardan biri deney (40 çocuk) diğeri kontrol (40 çocuk) grubunu oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada oyun etkinliklerinin etkisini belirlemek amacı ile ön test-son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Veriler “Genel Bilgi Formu” ve Aral vd. tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Brigance Erken Gelişim Envanteri II” ile toplanmıştır. Deney grubuna okul öncesi eğitim programlarına ek olarak sekiz hafta süre ile haftada üç kez oyun etkinlikleri uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubundaki çocuklara kendi öğretmenleri tarafından hazırlanan ve uygulanan okul öncesi eğitim programı uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Shapiro-Wilk ve Mann Whitney U testleri kullanılmıştır Araştırma sonucunda deney grubundaki çocukların ince ve kaba motor gelişimi erişi (son test-ön test) puan ortalamalarının kontrol grubundaki çocukların ince ve kaba motor gelişimi erişi puan ortalamalarından anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu görülmüştür (p<0.05). | en_US |
