Endemik verhascum oreophilum C.Koch Var. Oreophilum' un (scrophulariaceae) Bazı Morfolojik ve Anatomik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Scrophulariaceae familyasına ait Verbascıım L. cinsinin (A) grubunda yer alan Verbascum oreophilum C.Koch var. oreophilum'un morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bitki Doğu Anadolu bölgesinde yayılış gösteren endemik bir taksondur. Anatomik çalışmalarda bitkinin kök, gövde ve yaprak kısımlarından alman enine kesitler incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular çizimlerle gösterilmiştir. Taksonun küremsi bir kapsüle, sapsız bir plesentaya ve her bir braktede tek bir çiçeğe sahip olması bu taksonun sistematik olarak ayrılmasına yardımcı olan karakterleridir. Filament tüylerinin mor-menekşe renginde olması ise bu varyeteyi diğer varyete Verbascum oreophilum var. joannis'den ayırmaktadır. Çalışma sonucu elde edilen taksonun anatomik özelliklerine ait bulgular, cins ile ilgili belirtilen genel bulgularla uygunluk göstermektedir.

In this study, some morphological and anatomical properties of Verbascum areophilum C.Koch var.oreophilum represented in the (A) group of Verbascum L.genus {Scrophulariaceae) were investigated.The plant which distributed in Eastern Anatolia is an endemic taxon. In anatomical studies, cross-sections of the plant’s root, stem and leaf parts are examined and demostrated by illustrations. It was determined that morphological characters such as elipsoid capsule, sessile placenta and single flower on bract have taxonomical value. The flament hairs’ purple-violet colour makes different V. oreophilum var. oreophilum from V.oreophilum vax.joannis In conclusion of study the informations gathered about taxon’s anatomic property fit the genera’s general informations.
