Popüler Sinema Filmlerinde Hikâye Anlatımı

Abstract

Popüler sinema filmleri dünyanın her yerindeki insanlar tarafından izlenmektedir. Hollywood, popüler filmleri büyük bir ustalıkla yapmaktadır. Hollywood filmleri farklı kültürdeki insanlara kadar ulaşabilmektedir. Filmlerin hikâyeleme yöntemi bu başarılarının en büyük nedenidir. Arketipsel temalardan yararlanarak tanıdık bir anlatımla filmler sunulmaktadır. Kolay anlaşılır ve ilgi çekici anlatımları ticari başarı için bilinçli olarak kurulmaktadır. Popüler filmlerin sahip olduğu hikâyeleme yöntemini ortaya çıkarmak bu çalışmanın ana amacıdır. Campbell ve Vogler’ın ortaya koydukları hikâyeleme yöntemi evrensel özeliklere sahip bulunmaktadır. Söz konusu hikâyeleme yöntemi sinema hikâyeciliğine uygulandığında evrensel sinema hikâye yapıları ortaya çıkarılmaktadır. Bu nedenle popüler sinemanın anlatım yapısını incelemek için Campbell ve Vogler ‘ın çalışmaları ele alınmıştır. Böylece, popüler bir sinema filminin hikâyeleri nasıl ele aldığı ortaya çıkarılmaktadır.

Popular cinema films have mostly been accessible to the people from all over the world. Hollywood is so successful at creating popular cinema masterpieces that they can be reached by the people of different cultures. The major reason of this is its specialty to turn the narratives into plain visual accomplishment by developing a familiar narration through archetypical contents. That establishment of comprehensibility and eye strikeness is a deliberate process to get certain commercial accomplishment. The main objective of this study is to bring forward the methodology of this narrating system in this popular cinema films. The study shows that the method, which has been assumed to have the universal features, claimed by Campbell and Vogler, has got the universal patterns of cinema narration when applied to cinema narration. As a conclusion, Champbell’s and Vogler’s studies are uniquely taken as original sources to give light to the substructure of popular narration cinema; so it is obvious to us how popular cinema film narrations are created on general terms.
