| dc.description | The social innovation that emerged as a new concept in the last period is the basis of this study. The social innovation is used to mean that to provide a sustainable life in the world; to focus on social issues such as culture, economy, environment etc. and to produce innovative solutions for the problems related to them by considering the society. The EU which was initially formed by the mentality of economic integration, gradually embodies its social policies in the center of the establishment and enlargement process, makes it different from the other integrations. On the other hand, the United Kingdom (Brexit - Britain Exit) process shows that negative developments are taking place in the social integration of the EU. In this article the social efforts of the EU has been dealt with in the framework of innovation policies and social innovation, aiming to achieve an innovative approach to the social integration of the EU. When examining examples of social innovation projects implemented in the EU; it could be concluded that social innovation can be effective in eliminating differences in prosperity between EU member states and in the development of the social integration of the EU. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Son dönemde yeni bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkan sosyal inovasyon bu çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Sosyal inovasyon dünyada sürdürülebilir bir yaşam sağlamak üzere; kültür, ekonomi, çevre vb. gibi sosyal konulara odaklanan ve bunlarla ilgili sorunlara toplumu gözeterek yenilikçi çözümler üretmek anlamında kullanılmaktadır. Başlangıçta ekonomik bütünleşme anlayışı ile oluşturulan AB’nin zamanla sosyal politikalarını gerek kuruluş, gerek genişleme sürecinin merkezinde bulunduran bir yapıya bürünmesi, onu diğer entegrasyonlardan farklı kılmaktadır. Öte yandan Birleşik Krallık’ın AB'den ayrılma (Brexit - Britain Exit) süreci, AB’nin sosyal bütünleşmesinde olumsuz gelişmelerin yaşanmakta olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu makalede; AB’nin sosyal bütünleşme çabaları, inovasyon politikaları ve sosyal inovasyon çerçevesinde ele alınarak AB’nin sosyal bütünleşmesinin sağlanmasında inovatif (yenilikçi) bir anlayışa ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. AB’de uygulanan sosyal inovasyon proje örnekleri incelendiğinde; sosyal inovasyonun AB üyesi ülkeler arasındaki refah düzeyi farklılıklarını giderilmesinde ve AB’nin sosyal bütünleşmesinin gelişmesinde etkili olabileceği sonucuna varılabilir. | en_US |
