Kısa özefagus ve adenokarsinom

Abstract

Son zamanlarda sıklığı ve popülaritesi artmış olan gastroözofageal reflii hastalığı’nın (GÖRH)'ün komplikasyonlarından en önemlisi şüphesiz özofagusda adenokanser gelişmesidir. Uzun süre asit ile temas eden özofagusta “kısa özof'agus” gelişmektedir. Kısa özofagusun varlığı rel'lünün şiddetini ve uzun zamandır var olduğunu düşündürür ki, adenokanser gelişimi için uyarıcı nitelikte olabilir.

One of the most important complications in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is the formation of esophageal adenocarcinoma. Its frequency and popularity has been increased recently . "Short esophagus" occurs in the organ that contacts with acid for a long time. The presence of short esophagus reflects that the reflux is too high and long standing, it may be a stimulating factor for the formation of adenocancer.
