Cortinarius hinnuleus (Basidiomycota): Türkiye Mikotası için yeni bir kayıt

Abstract

Cortinarius hinnuleus türüne ait früktifikasyonlar 2022 Yılı’nın Ekim ayında Trabzon İli Maçka İlçesi Mataracı Mahallesi’nde saptandı. Öncelikli olarak fotoğrafları çekildi, şapka ve sapa ait önemli morfolojik özellikler not edildi, birkaç tanesi standart yöntemle toplanarak laboratuvara getirildi ve nihayet kurutularak fungaryuma yerleştirildi. Mikroskobik incelemeler için kuru materyal kullanıldı, bazidiyosporları görüntülemek için şapkadan bir parça kesildi, %5’lik amonyak çözeltisi içerisinde birkaç dakika tutuldu ve lamel üzerinde pens yardımı ile sıkıldı. Diğer hücresel yapıları inceleme sırasında ince kesitler alındı, araştırma mikroskobu ile görüntüleme sağlandı ve mikroskobik fotoğraflar çekildi. Çalışmalar sonucunda türün Türkiye için yeni kayıt olduğu sonucuna varıldı. Kanıtlayıcı materyal Trabzon Üniversitesi’nde saklanmaktadır.Fruiting bodies belonging to the Cortinarius hinnuleus species were detected in the Mataracı Neighbourhood of the Maçka District of Trabzon Province in October 2022. Firstly, their photographs were taken, important morphological features of the pileus and stem were noted, a few of them were collected by standard method and brought to the laboratory, and finally dried and placed in the fungarium. The dry material was used for microscopic examinations. To view the basidiospores, a piece of the pileus was cut, kept in 5% ammonia solution for a few minutes, and tightened on the coverslip with forceps. During the examination of other cellular structures, thin sections were taken, imaging was provided with a research microscope, and microscopic photographs were taken. As a result of the studies, it was concluded that the species is a new record for Turkey. The evidentiary material is stored at Trabzon University.
