Abstract

Lojistik köyler, lojistik akışın yoğun olduğu, ayrıca çok çeşitli ve yoğun ulaşım ağlarına yakın yerlere kurulmalıdır. Fonksiyonel, çevreci ve mevzuata uygun lojistik köy yerlerinin seçimi bir çok farklı kriterlere sahip olmayı gerektirmektedir. Bu amaçla bir çok model geliştirilmiştir. Delphi uzmanlık uygulamalarıyla” yürütülen “Çok kriterli ağırlıklandırma” tekniği, ele alınan lokasyonların özelliklerini ve lojistik potansiyellerini ortaya koymada kabul edilebilir ve kıyaslanabilir bir model olup yeni lojistik merkez adaylarının test edilmesinde kullanılabilir.

Logistics villages should be set up nearby the places which have various transportation networks and strong logistics flow. The choosing of the functional, environmentalist, matched and legislative freight villages, needs to be many different criterions. Because of this, many choosing models have been produced.. For this purpose, Multi criterion weighting coefficient with Delphi expertise technique gave the reasonable and comparable results about the logistic potential of the cities chosen. And it can be used to test of compare new freight village candidates.
