Kapsamlı entelektüel tevazu ölçeği: Ölçek uyarlama çalışması

Abstract

Araştımanın amacı Kapsamlı Entelektüel Tevazu Ölçeği’ni (Krumrei-Mancuso ve Rouse, 2016) Türkçeye uyarlamaktır. Bu doğrultuda araştırmanın örneklemini Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü öğrencileri ile Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında 248 öğrenci katılım göstermiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda uyarlanan ölçeğin, orijinal ölçekteki faktör yapılanmasına uygun şekilde 4 boyuttan oluştuğu saptanmıştır. Güvenirlik analizleri sonucunda 22 madde ve 4 boyutlu modelin kabul edilebilir uyuma sahip olduğu görülmüştür (x2/df= 1,65, RMSEA= 0,051, GFI= 0,900, AGFI= 0,872, NFI= 0,825, CFI= 0,921). Cronbach Alpha değeri 0,836 bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak Kapsamlı Entelektüel Tevazu Ölçeği’nin Türkçeye uyarlanan hâlinin geçerliği olan ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu söylenebilir.

The aim of this research is to adapt the Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale (Krumrei-Mancuso & Rouse, 2016) into Turkish. In this direction, the sample of the research consists of Süleyman Demirel University Health Management Department students and Political Science and Public Administration students. Within the scope of the study, 248 students participated. As a result of the analyzes made, it was determined that the adapted scale consisted of 4 dimensions in accordance with the factor structuring in the original scale. As a result of the reliability analysis, 22 items and the 4-dimensional model were found to have acceptable fit (x2/df= 1.65, RMSEA= 0.051, GFI= 0.900, AGFI= 0.872, NFI= 0.825, CFI= 0.921). The Cronbach Alpha value was found to be 0.836. As a result, it can be said that the Turkish version of the Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale is a valid and reliable scale.
