Abstract

Musullu Escad Seyyîd Mehmed, 18. yüzyıl Dîvân şairlerimizden biridir. Çalışmamızda Musullu Escad Seyyîd Mehmed’in hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve Dîvânı hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, Dîvân’ın transkripsiyonlu metni hazırlanmıştır. Musullu Escad Seyyîd Mehmed’in Dîvânından başka bir eseri bilinmemektedir. Musullu Escad Seyyîd Mehmed 18. yüzyıl şairlerinin genelinde olduğu gibi eserlerinde sade bir dil kullanmış ve mahallîleşme akımının etkisinde kalmıştır. Ayrıca tasavvufa pek değinmemiş ve şiirlerinde iç içe geçmiş manalara yer vermemiştir. Musullu Escad Seyyîd Mehmed dönemin meşhur şairlerinden Nedim’in etkisinde kalmış ve onun şiir tarzını benimsemiştir.18. yüzyıl şiir anlayışının ortaya konulmasında transkripsiyonlu metnini hazırladığımız bu Dîvân’ın az da olsa faydalı olacağını düşünüyoruz.Musullu Esad Seyyid Mehmed is one of the Divan poets who lived in 18th century. There was given information about the life, literal personality and Divan of Musullu Esad Seyyid Mehmed and the transcriptional text was prepared. Musullu Esad Seyyid Mehmed isn’t known to have any other studies than his Divan. Musullu Esad Seyyid Mehmed used a plain language and he has been under the influence of flow of localization like other poets of the 18th century. He didn’t mention about sufism and interlocked meaning didn’t take place much in his poems. Musullu Esad Seyyid Mehmed was under the influence of Nedim, one of the most popular poets in that century and he adopted his style of poetry. We believe that to some extent Esad Seyyid’s Divan of which we prepared the transcriptional text presenting the 18th century poetry perception will be beneficial.
