Bursa Hilâl-i Ahmer cemiyetinin faaliyetleri (1912-1927)

Abstract

Hilâl-i Ahmer Cemiyeti kurulduğu tarihten itibaren savaş, doğal afet, yangın ve bulaşıcı hastalıklar gibi felaketler karşısında daima insanların imdadına koşmuştur. Bu doğrultuda Hilâl-i Ahmer Cemiyetinin kuruluş aşaması ve beraberinde Hilâl-i Ahmer Hanımlarının hizmetleri ele alınmıştır. Hilâl-i Ahmer Cemiyetinin önemli şubelerinden biri olan Bursa Hilâl-i Ahmer Erkekler Cemiyeti ile birlikte Bursa Hilâl-i Ahmer Hanımlar Cemiyeti incelenmiştir. Buna ilaveten Bursa’ya bağlı kazalarında erken tarihlerde örgütlenerek açılmış olan şubelerin faaliyetlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra Bursa Hilâl-i Ahmer Erkekler Cemiyeti, Bursa Hilâl-i Ahmer Hanımlar Şubesi ayrıca kazaları dâhil olmak üzere 1912-1927 yılları savaş sırası ve sonrasında yaralı veya hasta askerlere, muhacirlere-mübadillere, esirlere ve muhtaç halka yardım hizmetleri ve çalışmaları hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.
