İnternet’te «Risk Sermayesi” Kavramı

Abstract

Kuralları İnternet tarafından belirlenen yeni ekonominin gelişmesinde en büyük rolü “risk sermayesi” şirketleri oynamış, İnternet girişimlerinin en büyük destekleyicisi de bu şirketler olmuştur. Risk sermayesi, yeni girişimcilere ya da fikir sahiplerine, risk sermayedarları adı verilen yatırımcılar tarafından sağlanan finansal desteğe verilen addır. Risk sermayesinin temelinde yatan gerçek, yatırımcının borsaya veya geleneksel yatırım araçlarına parasını yatırmak yerine, orijinal fikre sahip ve gelecekte başarıya ulaşma şansı yüksek, yeni bir şirkete yatırım yapmasıdır.

Venture capital companies have played an important role at the development of “New Economy” in which “The Net” has determined its rules. These companies have also become the most essential supporter of Internet attempts. Venture capital is a kind of financial support provided by investors named “venture capitalists” to the new entrepreneurs or original idea holders. Reality on the basis of the venture capital concept is that the investor puts his money to an interesting idea or to a new project which will yield a better fortune in the future, instead of stock market or traditional finance sectors.
