Bayat ilçesinde göçlerin nedenleri ve sonuçları

Abstract

Göçler insanlık tarihi kadar eski olan bir olaydır. Yapılan göçler toplumların yaşamlarında, göç alan ve veren mekânlarda değişikliğe sebep olan, çağ açıp kapamaya neden olabilecek kadar büyük etkileri olan bir gerçektir. Diğer bir ifade ile göçlerin “nedenleri ve sonuçları” kültürel, toplumsal, ekonomik, siyasal, hukuksal ve yönetimsel bakımdan incelenmesi gereken noktalardır. Göçlerin temel nedenleri her ne kadar ekonomik olsa da etkileri sosyal, ekonomik, siyasi, kültürel, mekânsal olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu nedenle göç olayının, neden ve sonuçlarının incelenmesi, coğrafi bakımdan önem taşımaktadır. Bizde bu çalışmamızda 1987 yılında ilçe olan Bayat’tan yapılan göçlerin nedenleri ve sonuçlarını coğrafi ilkeler doğrultusunda belirlemeye çalıştık. Belirli dönemlerde yoğunlaşan bu göçlerin daha çok ilçe üzerindeki etkileri üzerinde durmaya çalıştık. Bayat’tan yapılan göçlerin temel nedeninin Bayat ilçesinde yeterli düzeyde olmayan ekonomik faktörlerin yetersizliğinden kaynaklandığını tespit ettik. Bu yetersizlik üzerinde Bayat ilçesinin coğrafi faktörler ile bağlantılarını araştırdık. Ayrıca, daha önce Emirdağ ilçesinin bucağı olduğundan buradaki göç dalgalarından etkilenerek göçlerin başlangıçta yurt dışına yöneldiğini belirledik. İlçedeki göçler, 1985 yıllarından sonra daha çok yurt içine gerçekleştiğini saptadık. Göçler sonucu, özellikle yurt dışına giden Bayatlıların oralarda birlik ve beraberliklerini korudukları ortaya çıkmıştır. Göçler her ne kadar başlangıç aşamasında olumlu gözükse de ilçenin konumunun iyi olmasına rağmen gelişmemesinde etkilerinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Göç olayının, Bayat ilçesine yapılan yatırımlar yönüyle yetersiz kaldığı, gelişimini olumsuz etkilediğini, yurt dışı göçlerin kişiler üzerinde kültürel yozlaşmaya neden olduğunu belirledik

Migration is an old event as the history of human being. This migration is a reality that causes some changes in the lives of society and in the area of migration and it also has some effects as big as that can cause an age opens and closes. In other words, the reasons and results of migration are some points that must be examined in terms of cultere, society, economy, politics, law and management. Although the main reasons of the migration are economical, the effects appear out as social, economical, political, cultural and spatial. So the examination of reasons and results of migration is important in terms of geography. In this study, we tried to determine the reasons and results of emigration from Bayat which was announced as a town in 1987. We tried to focus on the effects especially in Bayat Where this emigration intensifies in some terms. We found that the main reason of the emigration from Bayat is the deficiency of economical factors in Bayat. We investigated the link between this deficiency and the geographical factors in Bayat. Furthermare, we determined that the migration occured towards abroad affected with the migration waves in Emirdağ as Bayat is formerly a district of Emirdağ. We found that the migration in the town turned towards the country after the years of 1985. At the end of migration, it emerget that emigrants especially who went to abroad kept their unity and solidarity there. Allhough the migration seems to be positive at first, it is defined that migration has some effects of undevelopment of the town though it has a good location. We found that the emigration to Bayat town is une nough in terms of investment and it affects the development of the town in a negative way and the migration to abroad causes cultural degeneration.
