Abstract

ikinci Mesrutiyet’ten sonra çocuk edebiyatıyla ilgili olarak çağdas bir anlayıs çerçevesinde bazı gelismelerin yasandığını söylemek mümkündür. Bu dönemde Ali Nusret adında bir yazarımızın ilk kez çocuk edebiyatını konu edinen ve bu edebiyat alanının önemini belirten bir yazısının “Sura-yı Ümmet” gazetesinde yayımlandığını, aynı tarihlerde tanınmıs eğitimcilerimizden Sâtı Bey’in de “Tedrisat-ı ptidaîye mecmuası”nın bir sayısında okul çocukları için yazılmıs siir ve sarkılara büyük ölçüde ihtiyaç duyulduğunu ileri sürdüğünü belirtmektedir. Masal ve hikâye türünde edebiyat ürünlerinin çocuk eğitimi üzerindeki olumlu katkıları yine bu yıllarda ciddî olarak tartısma konusu yapılmıstır.
