İlköğretim 8. Sınıf Türkçe Kitaplarında Metinlerin Çocuk Edebiyatı Ölçütleri Açısından Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Hilmi UÇAN Bu çalışmada, ilköğretim 8. sımf Türkçe kitaplarındaki metinler incelendi. Bu ders kitapları arasından Veysi YILDIRIM’ ın Talim Terbiye Kurulu’nca 2001-2002 eğitim- öğretim yılından itibaren 5 yıl süreyle ders kitabı olarak kabul edilen Türkçe 8 adlı ders kitabı random usulüyle seçilmiştir.. Ders kitabındaki edebi metinler, konu alanı ders kitabı inceleme kılavuzları örnek alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirme, Çocuk Edebiyatı eserlerinde bulunması gereken özellikler dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır. Metinler incelenirken, Prof. Dr. Leyla KÜÇÜKAHMET’ in “Konu Alanı Ders Kitabı İnceleme Kılavuzu” adlı eserinden ağırlıklı olarak yararlanılmıştır. Değerlendirme sonucunda, Veysi YILDIRIM’ ın Talim Terbiye Kurulu’nca 2001¬2002 öğretim yılından itibaren beş yıl süreyle kabul edilen Türkçe 8 adlı ders kitabı, biçim olarak yetersiz bulunmuştur; içerik olarak ise orta düzeyde öğretici etkisi bulunan bir ders kitabı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

In this study, Turkish coursebooks of Secondary School’s eighth class were taken as on example. The coursebook- Türkçe of Veysi YILDIRIM, which has been accepted for five years since 2001-2002- acedemic year by the committee which deals with the appropriateness of the coursebooks for students, was chosen as an example by using rondom system. The literary texts in the coursebook were evaluated by taking the guides of the evaluation of coursebook in subject field. This evaluation was applied by taking the features that must be found in child literature into consideration. It was the book “Konu Alanı Ders Kitabı İnceleme” of Professor Doctor Leyla KÜÇÜKAHMET which was mainly made yood use of. At the end of the evaluation, the coursebook - Türkçe 8 - of Veysi YILDIRIM, which has been accepted for five years since 2001-2002 academic yearby the committee which deals with the appropriateness of the coursebooks for students, was found physically insufficient; the cuntent was taken into cunsideration, it was understood that the level of the educational effect of the coursebook is intermediate.
