Türkiye’de 1990 Sonrası Yapılan Eğitim Harcamalarının Bütçe Politikaları Çerçevesinde İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de önemli bir yere sahip olan eğitim ve bu alanda yapılması gerekenler ile 1990 sonrası uygulanan Eğitim Harcamaları Bütçe Politikaları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde eğitim kavramı ve tarihsel süreç içindeki yerine yer verilmiştir İkinci bölümde, geçmişten günümüze eğitim hizmetlerinin ekonomik kalkınma ve büyümeye etkileri anlatılmıştır. Son bölümde de Türk millî eğitim sistemi, eğitim harcamalarının gelişimi ve analizi ve Türkiye’de 1990 sonrası yapılan eğitim harcamalarının bütçe politikaları çerçevesinde incelenmesi, değerlendirilmiştir

In this research, education, which has a very important place in Turkey, and things to be done in this sector with post-1990 period education expenses within the framework of budgetary policies have been examined. This thesis consists of three sections: In the first section, the concept of education ve its historical development take place. In the second section, the effects of education services on economic development and growing from the past to the present have been examined. In the last section, System of Turkish National Education, development and analysis of education expenses and examination of post-1990 period education expenses within the framework of budgetary policies have been explained In conclusion, although the expenses on education are at growing rate, it is not enough for requirement of education sector.
