Sınıfında Kaynaştırma Öğrencisi Olan ve Olmayan İlköğretim Öğretmenlerinin Tükenmişlik Düzeylerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı; sınıfında kaynaştırma öğrencisi olan ve olmayan öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik durumlarını belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda belge taraması yapılmış, sınıflarında kaynaştırma öğrencisi olan ve olmayan öğretmenlere uygulanmak üzere anket hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan anket Uşak ilinde 39 ilköğretim okulunda görev yapan 503 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları SPSS 13.0 istatistik programında güvenilirlik, temel bileşenler, t testi, f testi ve korelasyon analizlerine tabi tutulmuş ve sonuçlar tablolar ve grafikler halinde sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda; sınıfında kaynaştırma öğrencisi bulunan öğretmenlerin, sınıfında kaynaştırma öğrencisi bulunmayan öğretmenlere göre daha fazla tükenmişlik yaşadıkları ve öğretmenlerin özyeterlik algıları arttıkça tükenmişliğin tüm boyutlarında azalma meydana geldiği ortaya konulmuştur.

The main aim of this research is to determine how exhausted the teachers’ who have and have not a student who merges the other students .In accordance with this aim,documents were scanned and prepared poll to apply to the teachers who have and have not student who merges the other students . The poll was taken to the 503 teacher working in 39 primary school in Uşak. The results of the poll was processed reliability ,basic components,t test,f test and korelasyon analysis in SPSS 13.0 statistic program and results are presented in tables and graphics. As a reult of research,it was deduced that the teachers who have a student that merge the other students are more exhausted than the others who have not and if the teachers’ self-efficiency perception gets increase ,exhausted situation of the teachers decreases.
