Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenlerinin İlköğretim Müfettişlerinin Teftişlerine İlişkin Görüşleri (Afyon İl Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin ilköğretim müfettişlerinin teftişlerine ilişkin görüşlerinin ortaya çıkarılmasını amaçlamıştır. Öncelikle sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmak için bir anket uygulanmıştır. Ankette bulunan sorular ilköğretim müfettişlerinin eğitim öğretim ortamını teftişleri, rehberlik ve mesleki yardımları, öğretmene yaklaşımları ve sosyal bilgiler dersini teftişleri ile ilgilidir. Ayrıca araştırmada sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin kıdemleri, çalıştıkları yerleşim yeri, mezun oldukları bölüm ve cinsiyetleri ile ilköğretim müfettişlerini değerlendirmeleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunup bulunmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda görülmüştür ki: sosyal bilgiler öğretmenleri eğitim ve öğretim ortamının teftişi dışındaki konularda olumsuz bir yaklaşım içindedirler. Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin en önemli beklentileri ise sosyal bilgiler alanında uzman müfettişler tarafından teftiş edilmek istemeleridir.

This dissertation aims at exploring the teachers of studies ideas about supervision of primary school supervisors. At first side, a survey was applied by teachers of social studies by the aim of exploring their ideas. The questions of survey are deal with primary school supervisors’ supervision of education circumstance, counsel and professional help, attitude to teachers, supervision of social studies subject. And also, the connection teachers of social studies’ seniority, habitant of their work, the department of their graduate, gender and supervions of the supervisors is researched. The result of the research, it is found that teachers of social studies are in negative attitude apart from supervision of education circumstance. The major expectation of teachers of social studies is their wish for being supervised by the expert supervisors.
