İlköğretim Okulu Yöneticilerinin Karşılaştığı Problemler

Abstract

Çalışmada ilköğretim okul müdürlerinin karşılaştıkları en önemli problemlerin tespiti incelenmiştir. Bu tespitin yapılması için ilköğretimin tarihsel süreci ve tez,makale, kitap ve internet ortamında araştırmalar yapılarak, mevcut problemler genel başlıklar altında toplanmıştır.İstanbul’da seçilen okul müdürlerine anket uygulanarak ,karşılaştıkları en önemli problemlerin neler oldukları sorulmuştur. 23 problem başlığı altında en önemli problemler tespit edilerek ortaya konmuştur. Bu problemlerin, okulların değişkenleri olan, okul öğretmen sayısı, okul yaşı, okul öğrenci sayısı, okul müdürünün mezun olduğu okul türü, okul müdürünün idarecilik yılı, okulun yerleşim yeri ve okulun öğretim türü ile kıyaslanarak, aralarındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir.

Identification of the most important problems faced by primary school principals in this study. Primary historical process and thesis for making this determination, articles, books, and extensive research on the internet, present problems by applying the survey to principals selected toplanmıştır.istanbul under general headings, the most important problems faced were asked about what happened. 23 most important problems has proved to be identified under the title problem. These problems, which are variables, school teachers number of school age, school student number, type of school, where he graduated the school principal, an administrator in the school principal, in comparison with the school's place of residence and type of education the school has investigated relationships between them.
