| dc.description | In determining the quality and improvement of the education and school; the importance of guidance, inspection and evaluation processes are obvious. Today, the main purpose of the inspection is seen as to provide needed assistance to the teacher. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the teachers’ and the inspectors’ mutual expectations about the guidance and inspection carried out by the inspectors, teachers’ demands for assistance and inspectors’ realizations of these demands; the perceptions of the teachers about inspectors and their desire to share the problems which they faced and the feelings of the teachers and inspectors towards each other. This research is a descriptive study based on the inspectors' and teachers' perceptions. It was carried out with the participation of 26 people in total, 8 of them inspectors and 18 of them teachers in Izmir. Data were collected through negotiations using a semi-structured interview form. Descriptive analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The obtained results in this study have revealed that the inspectors and teachers' views on research problems overlap in some cases and contradict in some cases. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Eğitimin ve okulun niteliğinin belirlenmesinde ve geliştirilmesinde rehberlik, denetim ve değerlendirme süreçlerinin önemi açıktır. Günümüzde, denetimin temel amacı, öğretmenin gereksinim duyduğu yardımı sunmak olarak görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada il eğitim müfettişleri tarafından yürütülen rehberlik ve denetim çalışmalarına ilişkin öğretmen ve müfettişlerin karşılıklı beklentileri; öğretmenlerin yardım talepleri ve bu talepleri müfettişlerin karşılama durumu; öğretmenlerin müfettişlere bakış açıları ve karşılaştıkları sorunları onlarla paylaşma isteği ile müfettişlerle öğretmenlerin birbirlerine karşı duygularının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırma müfettiş ve öğretmenlerin algılarına dayalı betimsel bir çalışmadır. Çalışma 8’i müfettiş, 18’i öğretmen toplam 26 kişinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama işlemi, yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılarak, görüşme yoluyla yapılmıştır. Veri çözümlemede betimsel veri analizi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, araştırma problemleri üzerinde müfettişlerin ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin bazı olgularda örtüştüğünü, bazı olgularda ise çeliştiğini ortaya koymuştur. | en_US |
