| dc.description | This thesis consists of four chapters.
The first chapter is devoted to the introduction section, the literature information about the studies on the Mannheim curves are given.
In the second chapter, basic definitions and concepts have been given.
In the third chapter, the definition of Mannheim curves in 3-dimensional Minkowski space is given and some characterizations of null Mannheim curves and pseudo null Mannheim curves are obtained and the examples of such curves are given.
In the fourth chapter, the definition of Mannheim curves in 4-dimensional Minkowski space is given and some characterizations of null Mannheim curves is studied. The relations between the curvature functions and the frames of the generalized null Mannheim curves and generalized Mannheim partner curves of theirs are obtained and the examples of such curves are given. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışması dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.
Birinci bölüm çalışmanın giriş kısmı olup, Mannheim eğrileri üzerinde yapılan çalış-malar hakkında literatürdeki bilgiler incelenmiştir.
İkinci bölümde, temel tanım ve kavramlar verilmiştir.
Üçüncü bölümde, 3-boyutlu Minkowski uzayında Mannheim eğrilerinin tanımı verilerek null Mannheim eğrileri ve psudo null Mannheim eğrileri ile ilgili bazı karakterizasyonlar elde edilmiş ve bu eğriler ile ilgili örnekler verilmiştir.
Dördüncü bölümde, 4-boyutlu Minkowski uzayında Mannheim eğrilerinin tanımı verilerek null Mannheim eğrileri için bazı karakterizasyonlar incelenmiştir. Genelleştirilmiş null Mannheim eğrileri ile bu eğrilerin genelleştirilmiş Mannheim partner eğrilerinin eğrilik fonksiyonları ve çatıları arasındaki ilişkiler elde edilmiş ve bu eğriler ile ilgili örnekler verilmiştir. | en_US |
