| dc.description | In this research, the effects of Deltametrin, which is commonly used in eliminating agricultural pests, on Pelophylax ridibundus, are examined. It is Deltametrin is a commonly used agricultural pesticide. The genotoxic effects of this pesticide are intense on the living creatures within the area of usage. For the observation of this effects frog are used as indicator. The test of Micronucleus suitable both from the aspect of time and expenses was applied.The juvenile samples of last year that were gathered on April 2012 from the marsh areas full of rainwater around the Afyon Kocatepe University were selected fort he experiments. Those samples we exposed to 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1 pbb of Deltametrin percentages for three weeks. In each percentage of the experiment where a control group was present three animals were studied. At the end of this period of three weeks blood samples taken from each group of animals were put through necessary preparation process. Acquired preparations are as follows: Deformation in cells, deformation in core and deformations studied under different criteria with respect to the formed micronucleus. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada, tarım zararlılarını yok etmek üzere sıkça kullanılan Deltametrin’in Pelophylax ridibundus’un üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bilindiği üzere Deltametrin sıkça kullanılan bir tarım ilacıdır. Bu ilacın genotoksik etkileride kullanıldığı ortamdaki canlıları aşırı derecede etkilemektedir. Etkinin izlenmesi için de ortamın indikatör canlıları olarak kurbağalar kullanılmıştır. Gerek zaman gerekse masraf bakımından uygun olan Mikronukleus testi uygulanmıştır. Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi çevresinde yağmur sularının doldurdukları bataklık alanlardan 2012 Nisan ayında toplanan geçen seneye ait juvenil örnekler deney için seçilmiştir. Bu örnekler üç hafta süreyle 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 ve 1 ppb’lik Deltametrin yüzdelerine maruz bırakıldı. Kontrol grubununda bulunduğu deneyin her yüzdesinde üç hayvan örnek olarak çalışıldı. Üç haftalık süre sonunda her grup canlıdan alınan kan örnekleri gerekli preparasyon işlemlerinden geçirildi. Elde edilen preparatlar; hücre genelinde meydana gelen bozukluklar, çekirdekte meydana gelen bozukluklar ve oluşan mikronükleus sayısına göre farklı kriterler altında incelenerek gözlemlenmiştir. | en_US |
