| dc.description | Egg production which is a highly demanded area as a result of the globalization of the food industry and packaging structures which are diversified in order to take place in the stores in conformity with the European Union norms creates a need for the new machines. Larger amounts and faster production is simply provided with the automation. In this case, the need of embarking on latest quests in the egg packaging systems is understood by the growing automation system demands. One of these demands is machine swhich seperate different types of viols.
In this study, a system is developed which seperates different types of viols and lines them up in an orderly way. It is aimed that viols shall be seperated as 5's, 10's, 15's, 20's and 30's packages and be wrapped under PCL control. With the help of an only person who supplies the viols and without any help, the operation of the system is enabled. It is aimed that the machine whose design and production is completed will be compatible with the new systems if it is needed, and the system is developed which backs up the production coordinately with the other systems automatically. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Gıda sektörünün globalleşmesi doğrultusunda artan sektör ihtiyacı olan yumurta üretimi ve Avrupa birliği normlarına uygun olarak marketlerde yer alabilmesi için çeşitlenen paketleme yapıları, yeni makinelere olan ihtiyacı arttırmıştır. Daha büyük miktarlar ve daha hızlı üretim de ancak otomasyonla sağlanabilmektedir. Bu nedenle yumurta paketleme sistemlerinde yeni arayışlara başvurmanın gerekliliği artan tam otomatik sistem taleplerinden anlaşılmaktadır. Bu taleplerden biri de farklı tiplerde viyolleri ayırabilen makinelerdir.
Bu çalışmada farklı tipteki viyolleri ayırıp düzenli bir şekilde dizilmesini sağlayan bir sistem geliştirilmiştir. Viyollerin uygun sensörler yardımıyla 5, 10, 15, 20 ve 30’lu ayrılıp PLC kontrolünde paketlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yalnızca viyolleri besleyen tek bir personelle ve başka herhangi bir yardım almadan sistemin çalışması sağlanmıştır. Tasarımı ve imalatı yapılan makinenin daha sonra ihtiyaç oluşturabilecek yeni sistemlere uyumlu olması hedeflenmiş, tam otomatik olarak üretimin diğer sistemleriyle eşgüdümlü çalışmasını destekleyen bir sistem geliştirilmiştir. | en_US |
