Görme engelli öğrencisi olan konservatuvar eğitimcilerinin eğitim sürecine ilişkin görüşlerinin betimlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’deki görme engelli öğrencisi olan konservatuvar eğitimcilerinin, profesyonel müzik eğitim sürecine ilişkin görüşleri alınarak yaşadıkları sorunlar tespit edilmiş, diğer tarafta ise konservatuvarlarda eğitim gören görme engelli öğrenciler ile de görüşülerek eğitim süreçlerine ilişkin sorunlar belirlenmiştir. Eğitimcilerin ve aynı zamanda öğrencilerin bu konudaki tutum ve yaklaşımlarının tespiti, eğitim sürecindeki eksikliklerin saptanması ve bunlara yönelik çözümlerin sunulması bu araştırmanın amaçları arasındadır. Araştırma kapsamında görme engelli öğrencilerin eğitim aldığı Türkiye’deki tüm konservatuvarlara ulaşılmış, hazırlanan yapılandırılmış görüşme formları konservatuvar eğitimcilerine ve görme engelli öğrencilere gönderilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmaya 10 üniversiteden 28 eğitimci, 14 görme engelli okuyan ve mezun durumdaki konservatuvar öğrencileri gönüllü olarak katılmışlardır. Tarama modelinin esas alındığı betimsel olan bu çalışmada nitel araştırma teknikleri ile elde edilen veriler nitel çözümleme tekniklerine göre çözümlenmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada ortaya çıkan bu probleme ilişkin çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, by receiving the opinions of the educators in Turkey that have partially-sighted students about the professional music education process, the difficulties they have faced are detected. On the other hand, the difficulties of partially-sighted students are pointed by interviewing with students. The fixation of the attitudes and behaviours of educators and also students about this situation, determination of a deficiency in the education process and providing a solution towards those deficiencies are among the aims of this study. In the scope of the study, all the conservatories in Turkey in which partially-sighted students are given education are reached, prepared structured interview forms are sent to Conservatory educators and partially-sighted students. 28 educators, 14 partially-sighted graduate students and undergraduate students from 10 University attended willingly. This descriptive study in which scanning method is centered, the data is analyzed and interpreted according to the qualitative analysis. It is tried to offer solution recommendations for the problem that have appeared in the study.
