Özel okul yöneticilerinin müzik öğretmenlerinden beklentilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Ülkemizde artan özel okullar eğitimde dengeleri bozmuştur. Çocuklarımızın okulda aldıkları derslerin önem sırası tamamen değişmiş, branş derslere verilen önem oldukça azalmıştır. Bu anlamda okul yönetici ve öğretmenlerine büyük sorumluluklar düşmektedir. Özel okullarda yürütülen müzik derslerinin içerikleri ne kadar MEB müfredatlarına bağlı olsa da yöneticilerin tutumları ve istekleri dersi olumlu veya olumsuz yönlerde etkileyebilmektedir. Çalışma bu noktadan hareketle yöneticilerin kurumlarında çalışan Müzik branşı öğretmenlerinin okullarında ne tür çalışmalar yürütmesini istediklerini ve hali hazırda yürütülen ders içeriklerinden ne kadar haberdar olduklarını istek ve zevklerinin müzik dersinin içeriğinde ne kadar rol oynadığına dair 25 farklı özel şirketin bünyesinde bulunan kolejlerde görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinden, kurum yöneticilerinin beklentilerini içermektedir. Araştırmaya veri sağlamak amacıyla anket yönteminden yararlanarak veri toplanmıştır.

With the proclamation of the Republic, institutions providing education in the field of music in our country have started to be opened. The first of these institutions was the “Musiki Muallim Mektebi” which was established with the budget of the Ministry of Education immediately after the declaration of the Republic and was founded on September 1, 1924 to train music teachers in secondary schools and started the training on November 1,1924. After this period, in order to educate teachers who will give music education in primary and secondary schools, music education departments were opened in many universities. Recently, music teachers who graduated from these schools started to give education in state and private schools. Teachers working in these institutions provide education in line with the school they graduated and the education they received. Increasing private schools in our country unfortunately disturbed the balance in education. The importance of the lessons taken by our children at school has changed completely and the importance given to the courses has decreased considerably. In this sense, school administrators and teachers have great responsibilities. Although the contents of the music courses in private schools depend on the ministerial curricula, the attitudes and wishes of the managers can affect the course in a positive or negative way From this point of study, it consists of expectations of both the music teachers and corporate administrators working in the colleges of the 25 different private schools about the role of music teachers working in their schools, how much their aspirations and pleasures determine the content of the course and how much they are aware of this content.
