Nur İçözü’nün eserlerinde çocuksu duyarlılık, aile kurumu ve informal eğitim durumları

Abstract

Günümüzde çocuklar için birçok kitap yazılmaktadır. Bu durum çocuk edebiyatı için sevindirici olsa da yazılan eserlerin niteliği her zaman tartışılabilir. Bu bağlamda, kitapların çocuğun düzeyine uygunluğu, çocuksu nitelikler taşıyıp taşımadığı, değerler eğitimi açısından çocuğa neler verebildiği incelenebilir ve bu eserlerin çocuk edebiyatına katkısı sorgulanabilir. Çocuklar için kitaplar kaleme alan yazarlarımızdan birisi de Nur İçözü’dür. Nur İçözü, çocuklar için farklı türlerde eserler ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışmada Nur İçözü’nün çocuklar için yazdığı eserler incelenmiştir. Eserlerde çocuksu duyarlılık aranmış, çevresine meraklı gözlerle bakan ve çeşitli maceralara atılan çocukların durumları tespit edilmiştir. Aile çocuk eğitiminde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Çalışmanın aile kısmında İçözü’nün eserlerinde anne-baba ilişkileri, ebeveynlerin çocuğa karşı olumlu veya olumsuz tutumları, ailenin çocuk eğitimine verdiği önem incelenmiştir. Çocuk edebiyatı ürünlerinin çocuk eğitimi üzerindeki etkisi yadsınamaz. Okuduğu kitaplarla edebî ve ahlaki yönden birçok kazanım elde eden çocuk, metin içinde verilen bilgilerle de bilişsel yönden kendisini geliştirmektedir. Nur İçözü’nün eserlerinde informal eğitim durumlarını incelediğimiz bölümde ise bu bilgilere dair tespitler yapılmıştır.

Present day now embraces many books intended for children. However the case might be regarded as promising for the children’s literature, the quality of the literary products are always subjected to discussion. In this very context whether the books written are appropriate for the level of the child, or they bear childish-characteristics can be studied in terms of values education as to what can be given to children. The contribution that these products yields to the field turns out to be questionnable. Nur İçözü is one of our pens who has produced works of different genres for the children. In this study the Works of Nur İçözü are taken in hand. The situation of children prone to fall for risks and adventure wearing curious looks around and such childish qualities have been the concern of this study. We have some findings in İçözü’s works that relates cases of informal education in the corresponding section in this study. As family is the cornerstone of the child education parents-child relations, positive and negative approaches to children and their consequent effects within the family in terms of children’s education are pinpoints searched and studiedin İçözü’s book in the family section of our study. The Works of children’s literature have an undeniable effect on the education of children. Child, while acquiring many skills through the texts he reads, may also achieve cognitive development via information embedded in the text.
