Geleneksel Türk müziğinin çokseslendirilmesine yönelik besteci görüşleri

Abstract

“Geleneksel Türk Müziğinin Çokseslendirilmesi” konusu geçmişten beri önemini korumaya devam etmektedir. Günümüzde kimi besteciler çoksesliliğin geleneksel yapıya zarar verdiği düşüncesini savunurken kimi besteciler ise aksine müzik dağarımıza katkı sağladığını savunmakta ve bu alandaki çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Cumhuriyet dönemi müzik politikaları ile hız kazanan “Geleneksel Türk Müziğinin Çokseslendirilmesi” konusundaki görüş ayrılıkları günümüzde de devam etmekte ve son yıllarda bu konu özelinde yapılan akademik çalışmalar sayıca artış göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada, geleneksel Türk müziği eserlerini çokseslendiren ve makamsal çoksesli eserler besteleyen çeşitli bestecilerle görüşme yapılarak, “Geleneksel Türk Müziğinin Çokseslendirilmesi”ne yönelik besteci görüşlerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu”, “10 Hikâye 10 Beste” Projesi’nde yer alan 7 besteciye uygulanarak veriler toplanmıştır. Nitel ve betimsel yapıdaki çalışmada, konu özelinde bestecilere beş ayrı soru yöneltilmiş, elde edilen veriler tablolar halinde sunulmuş ve yorumlanmıştır.

The subject of "Polyphony of Traditional Turkish Music" maintains its importance from past to present. Today, while some composers defend the idea that polyphony harms the traditional structure, some composers on the contrary argue that it contributes to our musical repertoire and continue their studies in this field. The differences of opinion on the " Polyphony of Traditional Turkish Music ", which gained momentum with the music policies of the Republican period, continue today and academic studies on this subject have increased in number in recent years. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the views of the composers on the "Polyphonization of Traditional Turkish Music" by interviewing various composers who polyphonic traditional Turkish music works and composing modal polyphonic works. For this purpose, data were collected by applying the semi-structured interview form, prepared by the researcher to 7 composers included in the "10 Hikâye 10 Beste" Project. In the qualitative and descriptive study, five different questions were asked to the composers specific to the subject, and the data obtained were presented and interpreted in tables.
