İlkokulda çalgı kullanmanın eğitim öğretime etkisine ilişkin sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşleri

Abstract

Sınıf öğretmeninin görev yaptığı sınıfın eğitim kalitesini arttırma hedefi, kendini geliştirme ve becerilerini arttırma gayreti ile doğru orantılıdır. Müzik aleti çalmanın genel bir ifade ile müziğin çocuklar üzerinde etkisinin önemli olması nedeniyle, özellikle sınıf öğretmenlerinin de müzik aleti çalmaları ve müziğe ilişkin tutumlarının olumlu olması gerekmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin müzik aleti çalması ve bunu öğrencilerine kazandırmasının öğrenciler üzerindeki etkisi ve eğitim öğretim süreçlerine katkısına ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Nitel araştırma yöntemine göre düzenlenen araştırmanın örneklemini Denizli ili Pamukkale İlçesinde kamu ilkokullarında görev yapan 50 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Seçilen sınıf öğretmenlerinin müzik aleti çalmayı bilen kişiler olması araştırma için önem arz etmektedir. Bu kapsamda örneklem tespit edilirken bu ölçüt baz alınmış olup araştırmanın örneklem yöntemi amaçsal örneklemelerden ölçüt örnekleme olarak seçilmiştir. Ölçüt örnekleme gereği müzik aleti çalan 36 öğretmen çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin müzik dersinin önemini bildikleri, müziğe ilişkin ders sayılarının lisans müfredatında artırılması gerektiğini düşündükleri, özellikle uzman kişilerin müzik öğretimi derslerini yürütmesi gerektiği ve her öğretmenin müzik aleti çalması için lisans sürecinde öğretmen adaylarına bir müzik aleti çalma becerisi kazandırılması gerektiğine yönelik görüşler yer almaktadır.

The aim of the primary school teacher to increase the quality of education in the class he works in is directly proportional to his effort to improve himself and increase his skills. Since playing a musical instrument, in general terms, has an important effect on children, especially primary school teachers should also play musical instruments and have a positive attitude towards music. The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of the primary school teachers about the effect of playing a musical instrument and giving it to their students on the students and their contribution to the education and training processes. The sample of the research, which was organized according to the qualitative research method, consists of 50 classroom teachers working in public primary schools in Pamukkale District of Denizli province. It is important for the research that the selected primary school teachers are people who know how to play a musical instrument. In this context, this criterion was taken as a basis while determining the sample, and the sampling method of the research was chosen as criterion sampling from purposive sampling. 36 teachers who played musical instruments were included in the study as per criterion sampling. As a result of the research, there are opinions that teachers know the importance of music lessons, think that the number of music lessons should be increased in the undergraduate curriculum, that especially experts should conduct music teaching lessons, and that teacher candidates should be taught to play a musical instrument during the undergraduate process so that every teacher can play a musical instrument.
