| dc.description | The aim of this thesis was to examine isometries in hyperbolic space. In
the rst chapter, the emergence of the hyperbolic geometry was explained.
In the second chapter, some general concepts in Poincaré upper half plane
were de ned. In the third chapter, isometries of the Poincaré upper half plane
were given. In the fourth chapter, isometries of the hyperbolic space and
