Okul öncesi dönem için yaratıcı müzik etkinlikleri tasarımı

Abstract

Müzik eğitimi, okul öncesi dönemde eğitici ve eğlendirici bir amaca sahiptir. Bu dönemde verilen müzik eğitimi; çocuklarda sesleri ayırt etme, sesini doğru kullanma, kendini ifade etme, farklı müzik kültürlerini tanıma, estetik değerlerini geliştirme, müzik ve ritim duygusu kazandırma, yaratıcılığı destekleme gibi pek çok amaca hizmet etmektedir. Tüm bu becerileri geliştirmek, müziği zevkli ve verimli hale getirmek çocuklara farklı müzik etkinlikleri sunmakla mümkündür. Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının müziksel becerilerini geliştirmek, gelişim alanlarını ve müziksel kazanımlarını çeşitli yollarla desteklemek adına yaratıcı etkinlikler tasarlamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda MEB’in okul öncesi dönem genel amaçlarına uygun olarak, bu dönem müzik eğitimi için 36 haftalık etkinlikler hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan etkinliklerin sınıf içerisinde uygulanabilmesi, müzik çalışmaları ile ilgili okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin yeterlilikleri, bu etkinliklerin çocuklara ve öğretmenlere katkısı gibi konular hakkında okul öncesi öğretmenlerinden görüşler alınmış ve bu görüşler doğrultusunda okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin müzik alanında kendilerini yeterli gördükleri fakat müziksel etkinlikler uygularken çok fazla problemlerle karşılaştıkları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca hazırlanan etkinliklerin okul öncesi öğretmen ve çocuklara fayda sağlayacağı sonucuna da ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmanın okul öncesi öğrencilerine ve öğretmenlerine, ayrıca müzik eğitimine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Music education has an educational and recreational purpose in the preschool period. Music education provided in this period serves many purposes such as distinguishing sounds, using their voice correctly, expressing themselves, let children get familiar with different musical cultures, improving their aesthetic values, gaining a sense of music and rhythm, and supporting the creativity of children. Developing all these skills is only possible by making music enjoyable and productive and offering various music activities to children. In this study, it is aimed to design creative activities in order to enhance the musical skills of preschool children and to support their different development areas and promote their musical acquisitions in different ways. Accordingly, 36-week different activities were prepared for preschool music education in line with the general objectives of preschool education set by MEB. Opinions of the preschool teachers were received on issues such as the implementation of musical activities prepared within the scope of this study in the classroom, the competencies of preschool teachers related to the music lesson, and the contribution of these activities to preschool children and teachers. In line with this feedbacks, it is concluded that preschool teachers find themselves sufficient in the field of music, but they encounter a lot of problems while implementing musical activities. Besides, it was concluded that the activities prepared will benefit pre-school teachers and children. It is thought that this study will contribute to preschool students and teachers, as well as preschool music education.
